Connections that remove a recurring manual step

A long logo wall is easy to produce and changes nobody's day. This is the full list, with each entry labelled honestly and described in terms of the manual action it deletes.

Milestone, approval and at-risk events posted to a channel per project.

  • Microsoft Teams

    Available

Delivery notifications and approval requests in the channel your client-facing team uses.

  • Email digests

    Available

A daily or weekly summary of what moved, what is waiting and what is at risk.

  • Discord

    Beta

Project event notifications for teams and communities that coordinate on Discord.

Files and storage

Attach documents from where they already live so there is one canonical copy and your existing permissions keep applying.

  • Google Drive

    Available

Attach Drive files to tasks and milestones by reference instead of uploading duplicates.

  • Dropbox

    Available

Link Dropbox folders to a project so deliverables stay in your established structure.

    Available

Reference documents governed by your organisation's Microsoft 365 policies.

  • Box

    On the roadmap

Attach Box content for teams with retention or governance requirements.

A subscribable feed of project dates for any calendar client.

Repositories and issue tracking

Keep the client-facing plan aligned with engineering work without asking developers to update two systems.

  • GitHub

    Available

Link pull requests and issues to tasks, and advance a task when its branch merges.

  • GitLab

    Available

Connect merge requests and issues to delivery milestones.

  • Jira

    Beta

Mirror Jira issues as tasks so client-facing milestones reflect sprint reality.

  • Linear

Accounting and invoicing

Move approved, billable milestones into the system that raises your invoices, with the approval attached as evidence.

  • Xero

    Available

Create draft invoices from approved billable milestones.

  • QuickBooks Online

    Available

Push approved milestone amounts and billable time into your ledger.

  • Stripe Invoicing

    Beta

Raise and send invoices for approved milestones, with payment status flowing back.

  • Wave

    On the roadmap

Lightweight invoicing for independents billing on milestone approval.

Automation and custom builds

Where a packaged connector is the wrong shape, build against the API directly or bridge through an automation platform.

  • REST API

    Available

Read and write projects, tasks, milestones, approvals and time entries with scoped tokens.

  • Webhooks

    Available

Signed, retried event deliveries for reliable downstream automation.

  • Zapier

    Available

Connect Projexio events to thousands of applications without writing code.

  • Make

    Beta

Build multi-step scenarios triggered by delivery and approval events.

  • CSV import and export

    Available

Bring existing projects in and take your data out at any time.

Build your own

If the shape is wrong, use the API

Packaged connectors make assumptions. Where those assumptions do not match your process, the API covers the same objects the interface does, so anything you can do in Projexio you can do from your own systems.

API access is read-only on Starter and read-and-write on Pro and Enterprise. Rate limits are published on the pricing comparison. For access to documentation or a sandbox workspace, email support@projexio.org.

  • REST resources for projects, milestones, tasks, approvals and time entries
  • Scoped tokens with least-privilege permissions and independent revocation
  • Cursor pagination and predictable, documented error responses
  • Signed webhooks with automatic retry on failed delivery
  • Event coverage for milestone status, approvals, change requests and budget thresholds
  • CSV import and export for bulk migration in either direction

Need something that is not here?

Tell us which tool and, more usefully, which manual step you are trying to remove. That second part is what determines whether a connector is worth building and what shape it needs to be.
